Description PMS systems are designed to evaluate employee job performance and develop a
fair system of pay increases and promotions. There are two phases for
appraisal system. In continuation of enhancing our Appraisal System,
Individual appraisal is linked to company and department scores according
to employee job grade classification. The company look ahead to achieve
its objectives as TEAM which will definitely make our goals and
objectives much easier to achieve
Responsibilities
 The project is in Live.
 Coordination with onsite team & client
 Develop the individual appraisal form for employee using C#
Deployed in staging and production server
 Worked on Migration of site collection, backup and restoring of
sites (Using Power Shell)
 InfoPath form.
 Given Support for the Client Requirements after projects went live
 Requirement Analysis and proposing technical implementation
 Understanding the Business requirements from the on-boarding
