This document outlines the agenda and sessions for the GCARD 2012 conference. Session F1 will discuss improving visions of the future through bringing together different foresight approaches. Session F2 will examine how foresight can guide research and innovation at national/regional and global levels to meet smallholder farmers' future needs. Session F3 will focus on strengthening the voice of smallholders in shaping priorities. Session P1 will discuss partnerships to achieve food and nutrition security at national and household levels.
