We will expand from helping a single enterprise to helping networks of enterprises – the bigger the network the larger the payback. We will cloud-enable data. We will supplement STEP with cloud services. We will support data service partners to join in to enrich data, connect to other data sources, analytics/BI or help to ensure quality. We will support the set up of global reference data to help translation of data. We will support the set up of global data standards that data can be measured against. We will derive data standards from actual data rather than the other way around. We will help data to travel and to get larger, better and available everywhere. We will provide data as a service. We will in cooperation with partners help to combine master data with other types of data. … and it will all be done with a business first mentality with focus on business users rather than technology.
