Self-analysis through the use of diagnostic tools is one way of
gaining self-awareness, and is therefore a means to improving
your communication skills.
You are required to complete at least four personal diagnostics
that relate to personality and relationships. A range of suitable
tests will be provided (and conducted) during the tutorials;
You are not to use diagnostics obtained from the Internet.
