Introduction
Jutalie Marketing has been in business since 2004. It has been very successful in identifying,
and partnering with winners. We create the best, because we incorporate the best. NATSAFE
came into being from the visions of Juan and Natalie Savage partnering with Andre van Graan.
Juan Savage is a qualified rigger and crane operator, having had the fortune of handling super
lifts both as either rigger or crane operator, or supervisor in charge of lifts. Natalie Savage is a
qualified professional in the Health, Safety and Environmental Sector. Qualified as an ISO
specialist and Safety Officer she can meet all your needs to become safety ready and
government compliant. Andre van Graan bring experience to the table with 34 years spent
both underground as a Mining Specialist, moving onto become a training manager for the likes
of Platinum Mines and is schooled in the setting up of training centers. His is a training module
specialist and is in charge of both training and insuring that all manuals for NATSAFE, as well as
its personal is registered and accredited.

NATSAFE has partnered with RAI Academy of learning for their underwriting of their
accreditation and registrations. All course material is registered to RAI Academy of learning
and accordingly accredited to the relevant SETA’s. RAI will be in charge of issuing all
certificates to insure that all SAQA standards are met through the NQF system imposed on
training material and the issuing of NQF credits.

VALUE ADDED TRAINING OFFERED BY NATSAFE
PROCESS
Client will request quotation after presentation.
NATSAFE will supply quotation based against evaluation of requirements.
On acceptance of quotations a 60% deposit of invoice will be required before
commencement of custom designed training pack.
Training will be conducted on or off site, as requirements will predict.
Upon completion of training, final invoice will be submitted which will be due for
payment within 30 days of invoice.
Once invoice is paid in full, a full and final payment receipt, with certificates will be
issued to customer.

SITE SPECIFIC

SWP, COP
LDV and TMM
PROCEDURE – SITE SPECIFIC TRAINING
Training pack will be developed against clients SWP, COP and RA. Design will be aligned
with and in accordance of SAQA Standards.
All training packs must carry approval of Mine Manager and or CEO, person on charge
of scope of works. Training can only commence after the fact.
All successful site specific trainees will be issued with a competency declaration
certificate.
All LDV and TMM successful site specific trainees will be issued with a site license card
signed by the Mine Manager, CEO, person in charge of scope of works.
TRAINING
All training material and concepts will be conducted in accordance with SAQA
standards and aligned with NQF systems and procedures.
All training will be done by relevant experienced facilitator and in cases were
outsourcing is required, NATSAFE will bring in a SME (subject matter expert)
Training will be done on/off site, course material permitting.
Group exercises will be required from some course material. Individual training
including some group material will carry assessment based exercises at the end of
theoretical, as these course are outcome based in accordance with NQF.
Skills courses completed will be issued with a certificate stating the relevant unit
standard as per SAQA, NQF level and credits, while site specific courses will be issued
with a competency declaration form signed by NATSAFE pointing out SAQA standards
used.

are a growing concern and therefore will be adding unit standards as we go along.

In cases were material is client specific, like SWP and COP, I minimal fee will be charged
for the procedures, and will be the property of the clients.
Always strive to do as much onsite training with the mission of creating as little
disruption to the day to day running of the client.
Each client is unique and therefore a training matrix will be designed and updated
regularly as per client’s needs.
We specialize in assisting with gap analysis of employees, verifying there RPL, in order
for clients to have peace of mind in skills added.
