Airium |www.airiuminterna+onal.com   Stephen  Kennedy  Smith  received  his  B.A  from  Harvard  University,  J.D.  from  Columbia  University,  and  M.Ed.  from   Harvard  University  School  of  Educa-on.  Aqer  law  school,  Mr.  Smith  served  as  an  assistant  district  a^orney  in  New  York.   He  later  joined  the  staff  of  the  Senate  Judiciary  and  Foreign  Rela-ons  Commi^ees.  Aqer  leaving  the  Senate,  Mr.  Smith   worked  at  Conflict  Management  Group;  a  non-­‐profit  associated  with  Harvard  Law  School,  and  taught  in  the  advanced   program  on  nego-a-on  at  Harvard  University  Law  School.  As  part  of  his  work  at  Conflict  Management,  Mr.  Smith   consulted  with  global  clients  including  the  Organiza-on  of  African  Unity,  the  World  Bank,  the  Inter-­‐American   Development  Bank  and  the  par-es  in  the  Irish  Peace  process.  Mr.  Smith  is  a  three-­‐-me  recipient  of  the  Danforth  Award   for  excellence  in  teaching  at  Harvard  University  and  is  also  the  winner  of  the  Lyndehurst  Founda-on  Prize  for  social  and   ar-s-c  achievement.   For  the  past  twenty  years,  Mr.  Smith  has  been  on  the  Kennedy  board  of  Joseph  P.  Kennedy  Enterprises,  the  Kennedy   family  investment  office.  He  has  delivered  keynote  presenta-ons  at  the  annual  conferences  of  the  Family  Firm  Ins-tute   and  the  Family  Office  Exchange–  the  two  major  family  business  organiza-ons.  He  has  also  served  on  the  board  of  the   John  F.  Kennedy  Library,  the  Robert  F.  Kennedy  Memorial,  Ci-zens  Energy,  the  Northeastern  University  School  of  Public   Policy,  and  INCAE  Business  School  and  the  advisory  board  of  the  Joslin  Diabetes  Center  at  Harvard  Medical  School.  He  is   a  Fellow  at  the  Interna-onal  Economic  Alliance,  an  organiza-on  dedicated  to  promo-ng  innova-ve  interna-onal  trade.   As  a  partner  and  advisory  board  member,  Mr.  Smith  is  ac-vely  involved  in  a  number  of  medical  and  green  technology   businesses,  including  Emlink,  which  develops,  designs  and  manages  sustainable  technology;  The  Marwood  Group,  a   healthcare-­‐focused  strategic  advisory  and  financial  services  firm;  and  Pear  Therapeu-cs,  a  medical  soqware  company.   Mr.  Smith  was  Deputy  Campaign  Manager  for  Senator  Edward  Kennedy  during  his  Presiden-al  and  Senatorial   campaigns,  Youth  Coordinator  for  the  campaign  of  Mario  Cuomo,  served  on  the  New  England  Steering  Commi^ee  for   the  Obama  presiden-al  campaign,  and  con-nues  to  be  ac-ve  in  Democra-c  poli-cs.   23 Board of Directors: Stephen Kennedy Smith

Airium |www.airiuminterna+onal.com   In  a  career  that  spans  almost  30  years,  the  majority  of  which  has  been  within  the  interna-onal  business  community,  Ian  has  held   senior  posi-ons  in  a  number  of  Fortune  500  companies  where  he  has  held  regional  and  global  responsibili-es  for  opera-ons  and  client   delivery.    A  recognized  professional  in  process  design  and  management,  produc-vity  and  efficiency  solu-ons,  Ian  has  been  involved   and  has  led  many  major  structural  and  technology  changes  over  the  years.  Inherent  in  the  roles  he  has  held  has  been  a  strong  focus  on   corporate  governance  including  risk  mi-ga-on,  regulatory  compliance  and  cost  control.   Ian  has  also  held  senior  posi-ons  in  business  development  in  both  Financial  Services  and  Technology  having  spent  some  -me  as  a   principle  consultant  for  a  global  technology  company  specializing  in  BPM  solu-ons.  Over  the  years,  he  has  been  interviewed  in   Na-onal  and  industry  publica-ons  on  several  occasions  for  his  views  on  the  Financial  Services  industry.    Ian  was  Head  of  the  Deriva-ve   Opera-ons  across  Europe  and  parts  of  Asia  for  Ci-group  as  part  of  the  Corporate  and  Investment  Banking  division  whose  net  revenue   exceeded  $5  billion  USD.  His  responsibili-es  included  the  support  of  the  firm’s  European  deriva-ve  business  including  the  day  to  day   control,  processing  and  se^lement  ac-vi-es  for  thousands  of  complex  transac-ons  involving  the  movement  and  se^lement  of  billions   of  dollars  across  hundreds  of  geographic  loca-ons  and  in  mul-ple  -me  zones.  Ian  designed  and  implemented  capabili-es  to  support   this  scale  of  business  while  reducing  support  costs  in  excess  of  $10  million  USD  per  annum  during  his  appointment.  These  capabili-es   included  process  re-­‐engineering  and  design,  Human  capital  development  and  technology  design.  He  then  moved  into  a  role  as   European  Head  of  Business  development  for  the  Listed  Deriva-ve  business  helping  to  build  out  the  exis-ng  client  base  by  exploring   new  markets  and  introducing  clients  to  support  technology  and  services  previously  not  marketed  resul-ng  in  several  million  dollars  in   addi-onal  annual  revenue.   At  JP  Morgan,  whose  net  annual  revenues  exceeded  $21  billion,  Ian  was  responsible  for  the  scheduling,  coordina-on  and  control  of   process  and  func-onal  migra-ons  for  the  EMEA  (Europe,  Middle  East  and  Africa)  region  into  globally  centralized  internal  u-li-es.  This   role  was  pivotal  in  the  coordina-on  and  func-onaliza-on  of  thousands  of  end  to  end  processes  as  they  were  moved  from  one  site  to   another  with  average  daily  transac-onal  volumes  in  excess  of  $1.25  million  across  all  asset  classes.   ATB  is  an  Albertan  Government  Financial  Ins-tu-on  that  provides  financial  services  to  the  Provence  of  Alberta.  With  a  strong   con-ngent  towards  Energy  and  Agricultural,  ATB  have  assets  in  excess  of  $33  Billion  as  per  the  2013  annual  report.  Ian  is  currently   responsible  for  the  control  and  governance  of  the  Corporate  Financial  Services  Group  that  provides  commercial  loans  and  holds  assets   in  excess  of  $8  billion.  He  also  contributes  to  the  strategic  structuring  of  the  group  to  meet  economic  and  business  requirements.     Advisory Board Member: Ian Woodley 25
