It is with great pride that I write this recommendation letter for Natalie Bergstrom.   
As the Executive Director for Alpha Sigma Alpha, I have known Natalie since July of 2010.  
Natalie traveled as a leadership consultant for Alpha Sigma Alpha during the 2010‐11 school 
year.  As a leadership consultant, Natalie has traveled to ΑΣΑ chapters across the United States 
to offer support to chapter officers and members. The leadership consultant job is challenging 
and requires a person to be adaptable, have the ability to confront difficult situations, have 
emotional control, take initiative, be organized, and be a good listener.  When visiting chapters, 
Natalie honed her troubleshooting and confrontation skills.  She was excellent at motivating 
others while at the same time enforcing policies and educating on procedures.  
Natalie also has event planning experience.  As an event planner, a person needs to be 
organized, adaptable and punctual‐ all qualities that Natalie has.  While visiting chapters, she 
had to plan for retreats, recruitment events and other sisterhood activities.  Many times she was 
planning and setting up the events prior to her arrival at a campus.  This off‐site planning is a 
testament to her organization skills.  Natalie also has excellent public speaking skills.  During her 
time working for ΑΣΑ, she presented many sorority initiatives, workshops and retreats to 
undergraduate members and volunteers. 
Natalie works well both independently and in a team atmosphere.  She brings excitement, 
motivation, and pride to her work and to the people she meets. As a consultant, she had to 
oversee a budget for her travel, supplies and meals.  
It has been a pleasure to have Natalie work for Alpha Sigma Alpha as a leadership consultant.  If 
I had the opportunity I would hire her again in a second! She is incredibly poised and has a fun, 
friendly, approachable attitude to everyone she meets. I recommend Natalie Bergstrom without 
reservation.
