• discuss current approaches to digital scholarship and archives, and ways the archival profession is addressing digital scholarship needs
• describe computational tools and methods that are being applied to archives, and the caveats of these tools and methods
• share lessons learned by the presenter from recent projects that explored applying computational approaches to archives
• provide an overview of recent literature and relevant projects for attendees to explore further.
