2. RECENT HISTORY
In January 2000, Reardon Companies Inc, and R.B. Corcoran Co merged to create Supply New England – With
15 locations at the time of the merger, Supply New England created a platform for future growth within the
competitive heating and plumbing distribution industry. Geography played an important role in the creation of
Supply New England since there were no competing locations among the two companies. The combination of
the two companies allowed for a natural expansion of each territory featuring the best of each company’s
products, services, and systems. Reardon’s strength in industrial and commercial pipe, valves, and fittings
dovetailed nicely into Corcoran’s showroom and residential strengths.
3. RECENT HISTORY
More importantly, the merger resulted in Supply New England covering a larger area and serving an
expanded customer base. The company became better positioned to compete with other large
regional wholesale distributors and even national chains such as Home Depot. These synergies,
along with increased purchasing power and other financial efficiencies, helped to redefine Supply
New England as an extremely competitive player in the marketplace and will continue to ensure the
future health of the company.
5. JEFF MASSEY
Inside Sales Service Agent
Jeff has been with Supply New England for over 20 years
and is one of the radiant heat experts in the company. He
has assisted many contractors in the area with numerous
heating, hydronic and plumbing take offs. He is now an
Inside Sales Service Agent in the ProGrowth Department
helping contractors from all Supply New England
branches with system designs, take offs, bids, and inside
sales support. One of Jeff’s many tasks is to track and
help ensure timely delivery for SNE customers.
6. DENNIS DEL TORO
Customer Service Advisor
Dennis has been designing residential heating and cooling
systems for the past 3 years with Supply New England and is
now the Customer Service Advisor. He is focused on
assisting Supply New England’s Frigidaire, Friedrich, and
Honeywell Generator dealers and users in various aspects
such as equipment selection, design work, warranties,
marketing, and deliveries to name a few. He is one of the
“go to” people on any HVAC questions or project.
7. GARDNER BRIGHTMAN
Technical Service Advisor
Every successful distributor should have a Technical
Service Advisor to assist their customers, and that’s where
Gardner comes in. Gardner is currently assisting
contractors in MA, RI, and CT on a variety of our
equipment lines. From phone support, to in-field
troubleshooting support and system start ups, Gardner is
the man to call.
8. NANCY IMHOOF
HVAC Product Manager
Nancy, our HVAC Product Manager and department head,
has very strong technical skills, as well as unmatched
product knowledge on our major equipment lines. Having
worked in the field for numerous years, she has assisted a
number of contractors with system selection, installation
and troubleshooting, along with warranties. Nancy is also
the training instructor for Supply New England.
10. FRIGIDAIRE HEATING & COOLING PRODUCTS
Not only is Frigidaire one of the pioneers of the self-
contained air conditioner, but they also were the first to
achieve 25.5 SEER on an air conditioning system with
their iQ drive technology. Frigidaire provides a variety
of HVAC equipment from residential systems to
packaged roof top units.
Their 10-Year Long Parts Warranty and Comfort Quality
Pledge reflects the confidence Frigidaire has in their
manufacturing and assembly process.
11. FRIEDRICH DUCTLESS & DUCTED SYSTEMS
Friedrich air conditioners are hard-working and hard-wearing.
Constructed from the highest quality materials and components,
these units are built to exacting standards — yet they are among
the quietest and most energy-efficient available. Friedrich offers
a WI-FI troubleshooting diagnostic tool that makes
troubleshooting easier and faster.
SEVEN YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY- During the seven year
warranty period from the date of installation, should the
compressor prove defective due to improper workmanship
and/or material, FRIEDRICH will furnish a replacement
compressor, at no charge, which is warranted for the remainder
of the original warranty period.
12. HONEYWELL BACKUP GENERATORS
Does your customer have a plan when the power goes
out? Batteries may light the way, but they won't power
the systems critical to the security of their home or
business, protect their valued possessions and assets, or
allow their lifestyle to continue normally. A Honeywell
backup generator changes all that.
Honeywell generators have the same durability as a

13. We carry a variety of well-known name brand
boilers like Weil-McLain, HTP, Slant/Fin, and Navien
along with Williamson and Pensotti. No one boiler
is right for every application, that is why we carry a
variety of different boilers.

15. HVAC DESIGNS
Energy codes are becoming stricter each year and
towns are starting to enforce ACCA approved heat
loss calculations before even pulling a permit. Some
contractors don’t have the time to do a detailed
heat loss, equipment selection, and ductwork
design. That’s where we come in and take some of
that work off your shoulders.
16. WRIGHTSOFT® CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS
We use the best HVAC design software in the industry
known as wrightsoft®. Our staff is proficient in using the
software and are knowledgeable with today’s HVAC
design process based on ACCA Manual J, S, and D
standards. Just send us a hard copy or PDF plan of your
next project and we will take care of the rest for you.
17. EXISTING CONSTRUCTION WITH NO
PLANS? NO PROBLEM!
We understand that not all contractors do new
construction work. We have a variety of contractors
that specialize in retro-fit jobs. In such cases, a Supply
New England representative can meet with the
contractor at the jobsite and take measurements and
all information needed to preform an accurate load
calculation.
18. MANUAL J ,S ,D REPORTS
Manual J, S, and D reports are often required before
pulling a permit. These reports are available to our
contractors by hard copy or PDF format. These reports are
free of charge when the contractor purchases the
specified equipment for the job. The regular price for this
service is $150 - $300 per system.
19. HVAC TAKE OFFS
After the complete HVAC design, we generate a full
material bid for the contractor. We understand that not
all contractors do work the same way. This is why
Supply New England adjusts products specified based
on customer’s desires and preferences for each job, as
long as the product meets the job’s requirements.

the order. On-site conditions are subject to change and changes may
occur.

Supply New England believes that one
of the keys to being successful in this
industry is education. The HVAC
industry is always changing and we all
need to be up-to-date with today’s
equipment and controls. This is why
Supply New England holds several
trainings throughout the year. Not
only for our contractors but also for
our employees as well.

21. LIVE FIRE TRAINING ROOM
Contractors have access to our Live Fire
training room located in our Attleboro
branch. This room features 5 high efficiency
boilers, 2 combination boilers, and an on-
demand hot water heater. Students learn
proper installation practices for each boiler,
as well as proper start ups, troubleshooting
procedures, combustion testing, and much
more!

Service Advisors a call. If the situation is too complicated
to be solved over the phone, a jobsite visit will be
scheduled to further assist you.

24. PERSONALIZED PRESENTATIONS
We also offer personalized presentations for Supply New
England Equipment Dealers. We work with the dealer to
ensure the presentation is catered to how they would like to
present it to their customers. These presentations can be put
on a sales tool such as an iPad and left with the customer to
view while you survey the job. This will educate the customer
about your company and can help increase your closing rate
on the job.
