I am a hardworking individual who will always maintain a high level of integrity, as well as keep a positive
attitude. I am someone who has the ability to work under pressure, and multi-task if given the opportunity. I am
always looking for new ways to grow myself as an individual so that I can be the best I can possibly be for any
company. One of my main strengths is that I have excellent time management skills. I believe in finishing
projects early, and I value getting to work before I am supposed to be there. I will always work to do the best
job that is possible, and look for new ways to get the job done.
WORK EXPERIENCE
News Publishing Company
Advertising Manager/Advertising Representative (1996 - 2001)
 Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone on a daily basis. I
was involved in selling, scheduling, advertising, and inserts for the newspaper. I prepared and delivered
tear sheet envelopes for customer billing, and handled collection of debt. I transported layouts and
paperwork to the newspaper printing facility.

Paraprofessional (August 2001 - May 2011)
 Took student attendance on a daily basis. I assisted the teacher with sending student and parent communication
forms home with the students, helped with the weekly news letter, scheduled field trips and parent/teacher
conferences, and took anecdotal notes for observation and documentation of student learning. I worked with
teachers and students on various classroom activities throughout the day.

 I answered, transferred and directed incoming calls to sales representatives and team leaders using a
computerized database. I coordinated with the office of Administration to make arrangements for lunch
on a daily basis. I made conference room reservations for company meetings, and contacted various

Admissions Counselor (April 2012 – September 2012)
 I maintained calendars and scheduled appointments in Microsoft Outlook. I counseled prospective
students on the college admissions process at Ashford University, conveyed course information, went
over degree options, and conducted phone interviews with students when necessary. I was required to
follow up with students to ensure success. I was rated first out of a group of eight team members in
enrolling and maintaining student success.
Ball Aerospace
Administrative Associate III, National Defense (November 2012 – April 2014)
 I provided administrative support to Ball Aerospace engineers, and to the Director of Operations of
National Defense. I served as the direct backup to the Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice President
and the General Manager of National Defense. I updated National Defense programs and Operations
charts on a monthly basis, and assisted the Director of National Defense with putting new information
on the servers. In addition, I set up new interviews, maintained calendars and scheduled company
meetings in Microsoft Outlook, contacted catering services for company meetings, reserved conference
rooms for meetings, and prepared travel and expense reports.

Sales Associate (August 2015 – June 2016)
 I was involved in promoting company products and personally interacting with customers to create
lasting relationships. I was responsible for my own selling territory that required traveling in order to
make sure the customer was satisfied. I wrote up customer orders to ensure timely service was given.

 I answer customer calls that come in to the scheduling department, and establish patient appointments
with the correct doctors’ office. I am responsible for telling patients about the company’s narcotic
