Our company name is RCI or Resort Condominium International. It was
formed in Florida in 1972 and our capital 32 billion dollars put in the stock
exchange where the gold is put.

Our offer today is given once in lifetime for students and special points are
given today to each owner with us.

Our offer is a minimum of one week around the world in any of our resorts
or hotels that are all 5 stars, from 1 person to 6 persons for 0$.

How is that?

We are present in 123 countries, in 426 cities; in 4828 resort all 5 stars. To
take advantage of this week, each student should be an owner with us in one
of our resorts. Our offer today is on MENA HOUSE CLUB in Baabdeit.
This ownership of land is for lifetime because it is a governmental
ownership.

What does it mean owning a land?

As we know each land is bisected as 2400 shares. In our company we
divided these 2400 shares by 52 the number of months in one year. That
means 46 shares for each one week.

When buying these 46 share or more as much as the person need for his
traveling, he will get an official paper from the government that ensures his
ownership for lifetime.

When owning with us, each member will have access 2424 each year to all
sport activities in all our resorts in Lebanon and the world for free.
We have all kinds of sport activities.

We have 4 resorts in Lebanon that we can take advantage of them:
  1- Mena House Club – Baabdeit
  2- Ehden Country Club
3- Batroun Village Club
  4- Pine Land Hemana

What can we do with our holiday ownership?

  1- Use It: we can go wherever we want at anytime to any resort, 5 star,
     for free and taking advantage from the 2424 free sport activities.
  2- Give it: if one of our friends gets married we can give this holiday
     ownership as gift to spend a week in any place for free.
  3- Save it: If this year we didn’t have a chance to travel our owned week,
     we can save for the next year. We can save weeks till lifetime.
  4- Rent It: we can also rent our week and earn money to cover our next
     week fees from ticket and food fees. Our night start from 150$ and
     300$. If we take the average of 200$ TIMES 7 NIGHTS we will get a
     minimum of 1400$. We as a company we are obliged to find u a
     renter that’s why we take 10% from the 1400$ on one condition that
     we don’t earn any single dollar from the renter. You as owner deal
     with the owner and then give us our share.
  5- Sell It: Also as a company we guarantee selling the shares. We are
     obliged to sell it from 1 to 90 days. For example if our price today is
     10000$, it is increasing 10% each year (knowing that we give year a
     guaranteed paper that the share will increase in minimum of 17% each
     year.) for 10 years. Our price will double and it will be around
     20000$. We as company take 10% because we sold it for you. Your
     price will be 18000$. What we can see is that we got back our capital
     which is 10000$, we won 8000$ and we traveled for 10 years for free
     to anywhere we wanted.
  6- Will it: when we grow up, get married and have children we can put it
     in their names.

  What advantages can we take from the maintenance cost?

  1- Transportation: whenever we travel to any country we have the right
     of a car that will be under your command all the time of your holiday.
  2- Insurance: As we know, every time we travel we have insurance to
     pay, we as company we pay this insurance.

  Our maintenance cost is 150 $ each year. But each person u bring and
  own with us cancels for you one year of maintenance.
What is our Club?

Our resorts around the world are private and the owner with us is a VIP
owner. No one can enter our resorts except for owners and visitors to
owners.

What is our offer today?

Our offer today is about one week for free around the world each year.
We can get 34 special offers today:
1- Discount on price 40% whatever this price is.
2- Facilities in paying without interest.
3- RCI membership like a credit card that allow you to travel and take
   advantage of your membership around the world.
4- A gift from RCI which is a week for free added to the owned week on
   one condition that this week is only for use that means we can’t save
   it, give it, rent it, sell it, or will it.

We welcome everyone on any other day but out the offer. We have price
and this price is paid cash and used only in Lebanon because the RCI
membership is given during the offer.

We are interested in today. Our price is 4000$. Taking out 40% discount
it will be 2400.
Some students prefer to pay it cash. We give them 10% discount.
Some prefer to pay it in the way of time, pay slowly and get advantage of
all points talked above.

We as company asks 30% as first payment which is 720$. Once we pay
30% as if we paid the entire price.
And 70% are paid over 24 month without interest that mean 70$ a month.

  • 2. Time Share Holiday Ownership Our company name is RCI or Resort Condominium International. It was formed in Florida in 1972 and our capital 32 billion dollars put in the stock exchange where the gold is put. Our offer today is given once in lifetime for students and special points are given today to each owner with us. Our offer is a minimum of one week around the world in any of our resorts or hotels that are all 5 stars, from 1 person to 6 persons for 0$. How is that? We are present in 123 countries, in 426 cities; in 4828 resort all 5 stars. To take advantage of this week, each student should be an owner with us in one of our resorts. Our offer today is on MENA HOUSE CLUB in Baabdeit. This ownership of land is for lifetime because it is a governmental ownership. What does it mean owning a land? As we know each land is bisected as 2400 shares. In our company we divided these 2400 shares by 52 the number of months in one year. That means 46 shares for each one week. When buying these 46 share or more as much as the person need for his traveling, he will get an official paper from the government that ensures his ownership for lifetime. When owning with us, each member will have access 2424 each year to all sport activities in all our resorts in Lebanon and the world for free. We have all kinds of sport activities. We can save weeks till lifetime. 4- Rent It: we can also rent our week and earn money to cover our next week fees from ticket and food fees. Our night start from 150$ and 300$. If we take the average of 200$ TIMES 7 NIGHTS we will get a minimum of 1400$. We as a company we are obliged to find u a renter that’s why we take 10% from the 1400$ on one condition that we don’t earn any single dollar from the renter. You as owner deal with the owner and then give us our share. 5- Sell It: Also as a company we guarantee selling the shares. We are obliged to sell it from 1 to 90 days. For example if our price today is 10000$, it is increasing 10% each year (knowing that we give year a guaranteed paper that the share will increase in minimum of 17% each year.) for 10 years. Our price will double and it will be around 20000$. We as company take 10% because we sold it for you. Your price will be 18000$. What we can see is that we got back our capital which is 10000$, we won 8000$ and we traveled for 10 years for free to anywhere we wanted. 6- Will it: when we grow up, get married and have children we can put it in their names. What advantages can we take from the maintenance cost? 1- Transportation: whenever we travel to any country we have the right of a car that will be under your command all the time of your holiday. 2- Insurance: As we know, every time we travel we have insurance to pay, we as company we pay this insurance. Our maintenance cost is 150 $ each year. But each person u bring and own with us cancels for you one year of maintenance.
  • 4. What is our Club? Our resorts around the world are private and the owner with us is a VIP owner. No one can enter our resorts except for owners and visitors to owners. What is our offer today? Our offer today is about one week for free around the world each year. We can get 34 special offers today: 1- Discount on price 40% whatever this price is. 2- Facilities in paying without interest. 3- RCI membership like a credit card that allow you to travel and take advantage of your membership around the world. 4- A gift from RCI which is a week for free added to the owned week on one condition that this week is only for use that means we can’t save it, give it, rent it, sell it, or will it. We welcome everyone on any other day but out the offer. We have price and this price is paid cash and used only in Lebanon because the RCI membership is given during the offer. We are interested in today. Our price is 4000$. Taking out 40% discount it will be 2400. Some students prefer to pay it cash. We give them 10% discount. Some prefer to pay it in the way of time, pay slowly and get advantage of all points talked above. We as company asks 30% as first payment which is 720$.
