27. Provisioning & Administration Model String String represents installation. It consists of networks, hardware, services, enterprises, groups, individual accounts and different types of rooms for each account. String represents the entire installation that includes all the associated services, the storage array, a domain specific URL that is used as a URL for anchoring an enterprise installation and default values for all the inherited properties. Enterprise This entity represents organization of people created for specific business ventures. String can accommodate one or more enterprise. An enterprise can contain one or more groups. Enterprise contains customized resources created for that account. Depending on the type of an enterprise account - the extent of customization and content varies. Account :Account represents a Novell Conferencing account belonging to a particular person who should be part of an Enterprise and Group. An account can comprise of one or more Meeting Room. The short URL of the account is formed by using enterprise URL + account name. Room Meeting Room comprises of a specific set of properties, which defines a Web Meeting Room. Only one meeting can be held at a time in one particular Meeting Room. A room existing in the context of an account and inherits all its properties from the template assigned to it. A "default" room is created for each and every account. The additional rooms can have the custom names. The room URL consists of enterprise URL, account name and room name - if other than default.
