2. INTRODUCTION

significant role in determining how individuals spend their
lives in society. Many individuals feel a strong belonging
when they share the same language and culture.

approach to be more successful in diverse cultural
circumstances since different cultures have different
notions about what they expect from their leaders.

websites, design new employee orientation
programs, perform relocation training, and enhance
global team effectiveness.
