Accountable for managing a wide array of activities including
ï‚· Develop strategies for effective plant operations, achieving production targets, and
implementing cost cutting measures to control production, manpower and
operational expenses

ï‚· Human Resources & Industrial Relations:
 Preparation and implementation of HR policies in Manufacturing Units
 Ensure facilitated adherence to statutory compliances, policies and procedures as per the
company’s norms and statutory provisions.
 Responsible for efficient administration of the respective zone as well as realization of
revenue
 Developing effective short-term strategies to achieve organizational and departmental goals
 Preparing Annual Operating Plan, HR Review Presentations, HR Expenses and HR
