Responsibilities :-
 Handling Recruitment process End to End & building the recruitment solutions & Strategies.
 Evaluating attendance & calculating the salary days based on payroll legends.
 Monitoring & calculating monthly salary of all employees.
 Looking after the placement activities and connecting to different placement coordinator for
fellows’ placements in outside organization.
 Coordinating in HR document drafting, Policy Drafting, orientations of new joiners, employee
engagement activities and other HR functions.
 Maintaining & Managing Employee Database / HRMIS.
 Scheduling & Handling Performance Review for the Employees & Providing the Feedback on the
same.
 Internal Auditor for HR team & Preparing Reports & Rectifying Errors.
 Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
 Assist in preparing and sending offer Letters, Designing Job description Based on requirement.
 Engaging Training Sessions for HR fellowship Program and other fellowships of Deshpande
Educational Trust on Soft skills and HR soft skills.
 Client co-ordination via Email/Phone Calls.
 Planning and scheduling meetings.
 Effective management of external vendor relationships. Development and delivery of
Management Information Reports
 Organizing New Joiners Employee Orientations
 Payroll processing for 1000+ employees inclusive of Part Timers & Contract employees.
 Handle employee queries & issues – Liaising with different departments/managers to address
employee queries.-
 Preparation of Head count and other client related reports.
 Handling Employee benefits such as Medi-claim, Insurance, ESI benefits to the employee, while
co-coordinating with the respective departments.
 Payouts advised as per policy defined & ensure there is no statutory compliance.
 Tracking & Publishing the 6 Day’s deviation report to avoid statutory compliance.
 Coordinating with various departments in closure of statutory related notices received from Govt
departments.
 Responsible for all statutory Compliance like ESI, PF, PT, GRATUITY and Bonus (Monthly, half
yearly and annual returns).
 Update & Maintenance of employee database.
 Engaging Training Sessions for HR fellowship Program and other fellowships of Deshpande
Educational Trust on Soft skills and HR soft skills.
 Managing HRMIS and reporting the same.
 Arranging Guest Speakers for Guest Sessions, for the Fellowship Program Like HR Head ,
Director HR, General Manager –HR, HR –Managers, CEO, Managing Directors etc.
Triya Solutions as HR-Recruiter from July 2013 to August 2015.
The solutions provided by Triya Solutions were amazing. The approach and customer oriented was
excellent. Software solution was part of solution framework.
Responsibilities :-
 Worked in Triya Solutions as HR-Recruiter from July 2013 to August 2015.
 Headed End to End Recruitment for the span of around 25 months.
 My work was to recruit the suitable candidates for my clients as per their requirements.
 Till date I have taken around more than 40k interviews.
 Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
 Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
 Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
 Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.

Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki Etc.
 Have attended many Job Fairs by visiting different places across Karnataka, to hire the
candidates.
 Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all
positions
 Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human
resource policies and procedures.
 Handling Outsourcing –
 Like Providing Trainings for the Other Companies based on their Requirement
