various operations such as cutting, knurling, drilling, or deformation,

object with symmetry about an axis of rotation by evaluating the
programme

IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTED TO INDUSTRY
 Digitalization should be done to improve training services.
 During manufacturing of Dies , rough work should be done by conventional machining
before going to CNC machine shop to decrease energy consumption and time
consumption.
 Recycle of chips or scrap should be done by Extrusion/Cold press or other methods
instead of throw as garbage.
 Solar energy can be used as alternate energy source to run small electrical
equipment's.

CONCLUSION
The importance of Lathe and milling machine even they are conventional
cannot be undermined. These machines have played a real important role
in bringing about industrial revolution and have laid the foundation. But
bringing about of the new technology in the present era is very important.
The conventional machines are required in Small quantities whereas the
CNC machines must be increased to improve the quantity and quality of
production.
Now a days using CNC machines we able to make identical product with
great precision and accuracy within short period of time worldwide. It also
make us possible to manufacture different complex geometrical products
easily. We can also simulate whole machining process before going to the
actual production pipeline.
