Title Flexible Work Allocation (FWA) V.1 and V.2.
Description FWA is a web application that automates the process of arranging for,
reviewing and approving an FWA created by a manager for his/her directs. An
FWA is created for the employees who can’t attend the work usually due to
some reason and need to apply for work from home, part time, flexible timings
and telecommute. The application provides interactive web forms to the
managers to create FWA and uses web controls like Grid views, Ajax etc. and
FWA queues to HRBPs and CTOs so that they can review the FWAs and
Approve/Reject/Redo those. This tool also serves as a repository for the
medical and supporting documents of the employees who go on FWAs on
medical and other reasons. Besides, the system allows for drill down reports
for the higher managers, VPs, EDs and MDs etc. to review the FWAs created
by the managers under them which gives them a quick information on how
many FWAs are created in their towers and several other analysis. The
security is maintained by the organization wide security mechanism called
SSO (Single Sign On).
Version 2 has brought in a lot of enhancements like My-Action integration,
Auto-recertification notifications, GDW auto feed, new look and feel. Currently,
V2 is in UAT.

Title GTI Billing Automation
Description GTI Billing is a large process that has currently 42 bills which are either
manual or semi automated. There is an Oracle team that is responsible for
running these bills. In order to reduce the manual intervention this system
helps in processing the bills as a part of the automated solution. In additions, it
sends mail notifications to the bills owners on the bill status. The system
uploads the bill data to the staging tables after verifying it then it calls the
Oracle packages to process the bills. Once processed it downloads the final
bills in excel, zips those and uploads them to a SharePoint site. Currently the
system manages 20 bills.

Description GTI billing is the billing work done by the GTI billing ops team. This assignment
was migrated from the US to India in the first quarter of 2010. This involves the
responsibility of billing the firm internally for the recourses used by the

etc. The data is gathers from the vast numbers of sources, files and database
servers. This billing is worth more than half a billion dollars and done each
month for all the JP Morgan branches across the world. It has several modules

decide the awards. There are different users in the system having different
access. A submitter can nominate a team, a manager can approve the
nominations, the selection committee members can only rate the nomination
and the admins who control the whole system. The interface is quite easy and
self-explanatory that guides the users through the entire process. The system
generates reports on results and pending review and approvals etc. that can
be downloaded by the end users in several file formats (.xls, .pdf, .doc) etc.
