2. PHRAMACOLOGY: The pharmacology is the branch of chemistry, it deals with the
interaction of exogenously administered chemical molecules with living systems.
Pharmacology: Pharmacon: means ;Drug, Logy: means; study
 PHARMACODYNAMICS: It is the branch of pharmacology includes the
study of physiological and biochemical effects of drugs and their
mecxhanism action at organ system/subcellular/macromolecular
levels.
DYNAMICS: means; Power.
: What does drug do to the body.
Eg:Incresed intracellular cyclic 3,5 AMP Cardiac stimulation,
Hepatic glycogenolysis and Hyperglycaemia.
 PHARMACOKINETICS: It is the branch of pharmacology deals with
movement of drug in the body and alteration of the drug by the body.
