• Electronic job jacket and online bidding portal
for production jobs that:
• Tracks the production of deliverables/assets
and bid information for each specific
production job; within and across agency
offices and networks
• Standardizes the distribution of bid request
materials from agencies and receipt of bid
responses from production partners
• Agencies: Leverage an online tool to conduct
bidding, following the same process

today through an online system
