• 10 years of experience in Maintenance Planning,
Project Management and Cost Control.

• Consider a large project in mind (e.g., resources
from many countries, more than 200 people,
budget over $10 million)
• You are the project manager of the performing
organization
• Project Management is a proactive approach, not
reactive
• Things are done in a planned and organized
manner
18. Useful Advices
• Read the questions carefully.
• You are requested to pick the best answer not
the right answer (you may find more than one
right answer)
• Be aware of made-up terms (don't be deceived)
• Don't be distracted by irrelative data or numbers
• Don’t assume that the question must be difficult
and complicated. Some question are really very
easy and direct.
