General Responsibilities:
Provide support to Operations team, through information analyses (e.g. current processes,
actual performance vs. budget and prior year, etc.), preparation of operational data/analyses
for publication to various constituents throughout company (Management monthly
reporting, Operational Reports, etc.) who rely on/benefit from the information to make
informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities will include assisting Operations team
in the Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and
operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic
analysis of operations performance.
Specific Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day accounting transactions & verifying daily journal vouchers
prepared by accountants.
Settlement Petty Cash & enter Vouchers to Oracle AP.
Review & Manage Suppliers Accounts & Enter Vouchers To Oracle AP.
Review all expenses invoices & ensured accuracy of compliance with accounting
policies and procedures.
Supervise reviewing & posting journal entries to Oracle GL.
Review bank reconciliations & Reconciliation with inter-companies & affiliated
parties.
Understand and follow company rules and regulations & ensured accuracy of
compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Established and maintained internal controls, serve as a liaison to external auditors.
Developed long-term relationships with bankers, auditors, solicitors and inland
revenues.
Prepare monthly analysis of operational cost items and operational expenses against
prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate
the risks.
Prepare monthly report shows (profit and loss) by school to know the exact cost for
each school in operation.
Review monthly payroll for all area employees (2150 Drivers – 50 employee)
Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent
financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against
budgets.
Partner with Operational Team in determining financial impact due to operation cost
reductions and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results.
Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate,
based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures,
processes, etc.)
