BNT68 hose crimpers is one of our new products, it is a heavy
type. Our technicians already have mature technology for many
years, we add the self–filling oil cup on the machine head, in which
you can fill oil automatically. we also add oil grooves on the die
bases, very easy for lubrication and cleaning. This machine has

large mouth, low gravity, convenient operation, and the swaging
force grow doubled because of mechanical convert
design,operation will be easy. And the machine oil system can be
cooled circularly,so it supports long time working and large quantity

V、Instructions for use and maintenance
I、Operation
1. Store the machine:When you open the package, please put
the machine in the ventilation and dry house whose temperature is
above 10℃.

2. Add the hydraulic operating fluid: You can add the hydraulic
operating fluid slowly by the empty filter beside the motor. ( Please
see the technical data to get the hydraulic oil type). Please look the
scale of oil, when you added the oil to the scale of 3 / 4, please
stop.
3. Connect the electrical wire: The voltage of these series
machines is 380V*50HZ. Meanwhile, these machines need three
phase (four wires).The electric controlling part is behind of the
operation part. And the customers need a professional electrician
to wiring.
4. The direction of turning about plunger pump: please open
the switch when you ensure the electricity goes smoothly. Then
press the “ON” start button,the motor will start to run. At this time,
look the direction of turning . If the direction is wrong, the machine
will not operate. The right way: the inverted hour is right direction.
The way of adjusting the direction: turn off the power, change the
two live wires.
5.Systematic pressure:hydraulic pressure adjusted right when
the machine goes out from the factory. Don’t adjust to avoid the
machine broken.

6.Exclude the air: The system has air when the machine operate
at first time. Therefore, the die base will tremble. Don’t worry, it’s
normal. Please open the air bleed, then the air goes out and the
trembling disappear.
7. Choose the die: The customers can choose the die according
to the hose. The surface of die has the dimension of the hose.
8. Install the die: The right way to install the dies : Screw off the
bolts, and install the dies as per the number. Then, screw down the
bolts.
9. Lubricate the die base: At the beginning of crimping, add the
lithium grease to the head of die base so that the working
surface(cone surface) is smooth.The more oil grease will flow out
from the mouth under the machine head.
10. Operate the hose crimper: when you finished that the above
mentioned, cancel the emergency stop button, the machine start
to run. First, press the start button, Second, push the toggle switch
to inching position, Then press tighten button so that the hose can

be crimped. At this time, adjust the precise locator to get your
crimping size. Press the loosen button to open, this process is over.
Then push the toggle switch to automatic position. Press the
tighten button or pedal switch, the machine will crimp one process.
II、Maintenance
1. You should often add the working surface and die base surface,
and keep them clean.
2. Please keep the machine head clean in order to avoid
something into the cylinder and the die base
3. Make sure the hydraulic liquid is clean, it will be affecting its life.
4. Clean oil filter and internal tank regularly. Clean them twice in a
year.
5. Please check the flanges and fix the bolts regularly. If they are
loose, please screw down.
