allocations, timely replenishments, constant monitoring of ARS and inter-store stock movement.
 Extensively study the customer choice and preference for each catchment and tweak the offering relevant for the
respective catchment.
 Responsible for increasing the brand footprint through identification of potential markets, planning and launch of
Peter England stores in the zone.
 Store manpower planning and review on regular basis. Ensuring their training and motivational needs are in
sync to achieve the organizational goals and objectives.
 Plan and execute tactical sales promotions and stock liquidation plans depending on the business requirement,
market conditions and inventory situation.
 Develop, implement and monitor robust Marketing plans (ATL & BTL) with the marketing managers to ensure
