Job Description And Responsibility for job # 1:
1. Prepare necessary documentation for installation.
2. Represent subcontractor and liaise with contractor on day to day matters.
3. Establish overall work plans. S-curve and detailed schedules along ARESCO
mobilization plan , and review them periodically to ensure that project performance
matches with contractual schedule requirements
4. Represent subcontractor and liaise with contractor on day to day matters.
5. Monitor and control ARESCO work schedule, manpower, machinery production,
productivity and quality.
6. Co-ordinate between various functions like administration, project control, engineering,
construction and finance, so as to ensure that target dates are set for various action /
programs and implemented in timely manner to meet the project schedule

mobilization plan , and review them periodically to ensure that project performance
matches with contractual schedule requirements
