By sharing the knowledge and create a link between people who know and those who are not used to NIT’s
As we had the opportunity to appear in a lot of medias, we gathered a lot of data and by analyzing them we defined our business model which is pure B2B
We have defined 3 products for 3 different targets as they have different needs :
The 2 first products are quite similar as their targets’ needs are similar.
They need visibility, trust and extra turnover.
The difference is that repair pro package allow them to register their stock of spare parts
And the certification package allow experts to access key account missions which is our third product : the B2B vouchers
The idea is to professionalize our experts so that we can sell their skills to large companies.
We already are in contact with large companies very interested by these vouchers for different reasons for example :
The VISA group would like to propose their customer security checkups to avoid visa card hackings and coaching to internet security good practices.
As Proximus is interested in giving their customers a local solution to help them to solve their IT issues causing bad or slow internet connection.
The thing is that our community of experts is a multipurpose tool for large companies. Our challenge is to connect our community of experts with larges companies as they have complementary needs.
There are a few competitor on the repair market but they are very different from us because :
None of them are a mobile app
None of them are reusing broken devices as spare parts
None of them are creating a community of experts like we do except Hello Tech which is a little bit similar but only in the US.
But the main difference is that Local Repair is a connecting tool between Users, Experts, Repair Pros and large companies as they all have complementary needs.
