Ans: A webinar is a live web-based video conference that uses the internet to connect the individual hosting in the webinar to an audience, the viewers and listeners of the webinar from all over the world. Hosts can show themselves speaking, switch to their computer screens for slideshows or demonstrations, and even invite guests from other locations to co-host the webinar with them. There are also interactive features that the audience can use to ask questions and chat with host. Many people who host webinars include Questioning and answering sessions at the end to answer viewers questions. Webinar Features: Here are just some of the things you can do with a webinar:  Display slides  Stream video  Talk to your audience  Recording everything  Edit  Chat  Conduct surveys and polls

Stream video: Showing a video either stored on your computer or found online, such as on YouTube. Talk to your audience: Webinars use VoIP to make real-time audio communication possible. Record everything: Webinars often provide an option for the host to record their entire presentation, including all visuals effects and audio or video. Edit: The host can often use their mouse to create annotations, highlight things or create markings on the screen. Chat: The host can open up a chat box to text chat with the audience, which is especially helpful for audience members wanting to ask questions.

We obviously understand the importance of webinars from a business stand point. However, it’s easy to overlook many of the benefits that can come from running webinars in your business. So, I am going to define some most important reasons of webinars, that why webinars are valuable for any business. Reason No 1: (You Can Make Sales without Selling Hard ) A lot of businesses make the mistake of teaching and then selling, when in reality, the best webinars teach and sell at the same time. Effective webinar content should showcase problems, kills objections, and deliver value without teaching

The ability to have a conversation with hundreds of people virtually, right over the internet. Reason No 3: ( They Keep Your Audience Engaged ) Webinars are special for two main reasons. First that this is an events that happen LIVE. If your audience shows up late, they miss part of it. If they don’t show up at all, they miss all of it. This is the power of scarcity, and it’s the foundation of any webinar campaign. With a video, the viewer knows that she/he can pause it and come back at any time. The second reason is conversational engagement. With webinars, your audience gets a voice. They can chat, asks questions, answer questions, and more. When someone is asking questions and chatting about what they’re being taught, they’re more focused and engaged by default.

Reason No 5: ( You Can Deliver Tremendous Value ) This is one of the main reasons that businesses start doing webinars in the first place. Webinars are truly unlike anything else, if done right. You can keep your audience engaged for hours on end and that’s something that videos put simply, struggle to do. Not only that, but your audience can also ask questions and get real time feedback on the training. Even better, you can ask your audience questions and your content in real-time to better serve your audience. You can get your audience to take action and have some small micro-wins of their own. Webinars are generally slide-driven presentations that are delivered through a webinar hosting service and marketing through a coordinated online marketing plan. They can be delivered “live” as well as recorded for future playback.  What should a Business do before a Webinar:  Promote a webinar Facebook, twitter or any other social linkage as appropriate.  Hour of consulting for marketing the event.  Creation for the registration form.  E-Commerce integration if a business arranges a paid event.  Send reminders to attendees.  Perform a dry run webinar, to assure a smooth, professional webinar.   What should a Business do during a Webinar:  A business should have to arrange a technical assistance.  A business should arrange an organizer for introduce you, manage the technology, handle
