• Responsible for strategic and operational procurement activities to support various construction projects liaising with supply chain management.
• Support the pre-award process including preparing Request for Proposals (RFP)/ Subcontract Agreements; Tender documents; communicating
with bidders; supporting pre-bidconferences; evaluating proposals; conducting negotiations; and selecting the contractor on a “best value” basis.

• Identify possible areas of dispute amongst the main Contractor/ subcontractor(s) and take the necessary proactive measures. Ensure defence
mechanisms are in place to minimise risk of claims and disputes being pursued by Contractor/ Subcontractor and Clients.
• Review insurance claims arising on the projects and assist the management to successfully conclude such claims.
• Agree final accounts, including the resolution of commercial claims (include not limited to EOT, prolongation claims, acceleration claims, etc.).
• Negotiate claims and development of counter-claims. Extensive forensic delay analysis to determine extent of entitlement to time related issues.

 Regularly generates cost forecasts, trending reports, analyzing costs, reviewing change orders and invoices, and processes budget revisions,
directing their input into companies Oracle accounting system, and Primavera.
 Managing Project Budget and overseeing updates to the Site Budget arising from reviseddesigns and costs, scrutinise the drawings & In case of
any ambiguities or discrepancies liaise with the concerned Project Manager and raise Request for Information (RFI) to seek clarificationfrom the
consultant / client.
 Preparation of Bills of Quantities in a timely manner that would prevent any delays or bottlenecks to the tendering process.
 Ensure that all necessary supporting documentation are attached with the project bill and follow the procedure and requirements for preparing and
processing the progress bills; crosscheck carefully the retention money requirements.
 Ensure that all variation orders / CVIs are duly approved by the consultant / client prior to raising a bill for all completed works.
 Scrutinize all bills submitted by the subcontractor to check for accuracy, compliance with contractual conditions and; carryout physical checks
and measurements of work done where required prior to forwarding the bill for payment.
 Monitor on a daily basis Contractor progress including materials delivered, materials installed, materials dredged, labour resources employed,
equipment resources utilized and other statistical management.

 Performed a variety of cost engineering functions encompassing estimating, cost control, budget preparations, forecasting, and cost reporting.
Monitor the Subcontractor agreements and advice the engineers about the cost involved.
 Inform project managers on project status, performance and cost. Reviews production reports. Analyses project problems and recommends
corrective action that has the least impact to cost and schedule.
 Provide accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan,cost variance and identifying areas of potential budget
overrun requiring corrective action and report on corrective measures. Monitor budget costs with the actual cost & revise the budget according
to the site needful.
 Provide project costs for business case calculations and feasibility study of tender documents to justify investment in the project and carried out
Life cycle cost calculations to ascertain the feasibility of alternative solutions.
 Extensive experience in Earned Value Measurement in EPCM contract includes integrated management of the project scope, time, progress,
cost and risks and the procurement of the main project supplies and services.
 Consider and advise upon 'best value' procurement options and present to The Project Manager for consideration.

Accountability as Procurement & Tender Associate: • Responsible for strategic and operational procurement activities to support various construction projects liaising with supply chain management. • Support the pre-award process including preparing Request for Proposals (RFP)/ Subcontract Agreements; Tender documents; communicating with bidders; supporting pre-bidconferences; evaluating proposals; conducting negotiations; and selecting the contractor on a “best value” basis. • Address all queries with regards to RFPs / Tenders, post tender clarifications (PTC). • Prepare subcontract evaluation reports and recommendations. • Pre-qualify Contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors (Interior Fit-out, Civil, Gypsum, MEP, Aluminum & Glazing etc.). • Review and comment on subcontract order analysis prepared by supply chain before it is presented to the board of directors. • Check contract documentation and negotiate contract terms to the best interest of the Client with particular attention to managing future risk. Accountability as Quantity Surveyor cum Cost Engineer  Performed a variety of cost engineering functions encompassing estimating, cost control, budget preparations, forecasting, and cost reporting. Monitor the Subcontractor agreements and advice the engineers about the cost involved.  Inform project managers on project status, performance and cost. Reviews production reports. Analyses project problems and recommends corrective action that has the least impact to cost and schedule.  Provide accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan,cost variance and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action and report on corrective measures. Monitor budget costs with the actual cost & revise the budget according to the site needful.  Provide project costs for business case calculations and feasibility study of tender documents to justify investment in the project and carried out Life cycle cost calculations to ascertain the feasibility of alternative solutions.  Extensive experience in Earned Value Measurement in EPCM contract includes integrated management of the project scope, time, progress, cost and risks and the procurement of the main project supplies and services.  Consider and advise upon 'best value' procurement options and present to The Project Manager for consideration.  Provide guidance and support to Asset Cost & Project Cost Controllers in fulfilling their cost control responsibilities. Accountability as Quantity Surveyor cum Contract Administrator  Review tender documentation and Bills of Quantities prepared by internal departments or external consultants and Prepare tender evaluation reports.  Prepare claims (EOT, Prolongation, acceleration & loss of productivity) for losses & expenses incurred by Company and cross check with the contract documents / Project Manager to ensure that deviations exist that legitimizes the claim.  Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices. Ensure payment of invoices according to contract terms.  Preparing of contractual correspondence and financial matters, including vouchers approval,payments procedures, and the certifications of subcontractors’ payments.  Variation analysis, estimates, and Analysis of costs of delay as required.
