2. Physical Activity
PDHPE encourages students to get active
and healthy. Sport lessons teach students:
o warm up exercises;
o various sport games;
o Importance of health and active lifestyle;
o best of all, having fun while getting healthy.

3. Nutritional education
• A Healthy lifestyle balance is essential for the bright and
strong growth of students.
• Several elements of the PDH strand contribute to a students
healthy life. These are:
• -Balanced diet;
• -Nutritional requirements;
• - Food groups and nutritional content

4. Safety and Responsibilities
Students learn critical tools for staying safe; whether at
home, public area, school or on the street. PDHPE teaches
students how to handle situations and grow as a
responsible entity.
