The Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis, formed in 2005, specializes in the Washington,
D.C., real estate market. Enriched by proximity to real estate trade associations and
professionals, the center offers a certificate program for MBA students. Also dating to 2005,
the Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence seeks to improve the academic training of
entrepreneurs in areas critical to growing a business, such as leadership and knowledge
management. The Institute of Integrating Statistics in Decision Sciences takes an
