Administration Manager, 2009 to date
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance and Administration, was promoted to
manage office administration, operations and support internal services covering
Office Management, IT, Logistics, Security, USG guided procurement procedures,
safety and hygiene, Fleet and Contracts Management.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Office Management: Oversaw Office Management and supervised Office
Manager, 2 Lead Administrative Assistants and dotted line supervision of 8
Provincial Finance and Administration Officers.
• Facilities Maintenance: Ensured smooth running of office, including needed
repairs, maintenance and office cleaning.
• Procurement: Undertook the procurement of equipment and supplies in
compliance with USG and JSI procurement guidelines up to US$ 20,000.
• Fleet Management: Managed vehicle fleet usage and maintenance,
monitored the procurement and receipt of vehicles, developed vehicle
monitoring schedules and managed log sheets for vehicle usage and
maintenance.
• Logistics Management: Provided support to the lead administrative
assistants in logistics management, and planning and coordination of

office manager to ensure availability of clerical support and ensured the creation
and maintenance of all administrative and technical files for the office.
 Human Capital Development: Assisted the deputy director, finance &
administration and HR Officer in managing and determining the staffing

development plans and performance reviews for the administrative team.
• Expatriate Staff Administration: Ensured that visas, residential permits,

Training Administrator, 2006 to 2009
Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor was recruited to coordinate all training
activities in the program areas of HIV/AIDS, HIV Test Kits, ARVs, Reproductive
Health and Laboratory Technology.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Training Management: In collaboration with the Administration Manager,
organized and managed training activities, meetings and conferences, ensuring
that the workshop checklist is completed for each activity. Acted as the focal point
person for all training workshops, meetings and conferences.
• Administrative Management: Supervised three Training Assistants and
performed administrative functions, including data management and
correspondence, providing oversight for the general administrative functioning of
the training department.
• Procurement: Undertook the procurement of Training Materials in compliance
with USG and DELIVER/JSI procurement guidelines;
• Training Materials Logistics: Ensured the quality and timely production of all
training materials, identifying vendors and carrying out quality control measures
on all materials produced. Ensured that the training materials inventory was kept
current.
• Outbound Communications: Handled all communication and
correspondence regarding workshops, ensuring an up-to-date database is
maintained of all key stakeholders and participants.
• Records and Event Scheduling: Coordinated with the Training Assistants to
create and maintain all Training files for the office. Worked with the Training
Assistants to ensure a regular update of the training Calendar both manually and
electronically for all activities.
POST NEWSPAPER – LUSAKA (2003 TO 2006)
Circulations Manager
As a member of the senior management team, opened newspaper sales offices in all
Zambian districts to ensure nation-wide circulation of newspaper.

• Finance and Administration: Established administrative systems including
records management and office procedures, health and safety, and partnered
with the General Manager to establish financial policies and procedures.
• Human RESOURCE DUTIES: Assist in the recruitment activities,

safe arrival to destinations. Created and registered the courier service.
