To add an event, you need to register first. Once you have registered, go to our
website. Log in, and click on the submit event button on the top right hand side of the
screen

means you MUST fill in the
spaces otherwise you
won't be allowed to save.

Aug 8th “from and to”.
start time, 10:00 if you
don't know when the
event will finish, enter the
same time on both time
slots.
If you do this, only
the start time will show on
your event.

Choose the 8th of August
for “from date” and 15th
Aug for “ To date”
Add start time, (on our
example is 10:00 o’clock)
and “to time” 17:00

Under General
Information, add what
your event is about,
promote your main
attractions, share the day’s
program, the more
information you add, the
more it will appeal to your
readers.

If you are offering a
voucher or discount enter

8. More information: Add
any other relevant
information
Tick the relevant
categories and ages. Don’t
mislead your public by
ticking on all of them.
Add your address, Town
and postcode. The correct
address and full postcode
will allow the website to
find your location on the
map,

9. Upload a photo, or a poster,
if you don't have one, take
one on your mobile phone
and upload it from there. !
You will be able to add any
size photo, however,
We recommend a minimum
size of 1000*1000 pixels to
achieve maximum quality
but that is not mandatory.
You will also be able to
upload more than one
image.
Don’t forget to add the
image’s Alt and Title
description.
The alt text describes what's
on the image, making it
accessible to visually
impaired users. The Title is
the name of your event.
