TSC Staff has been designed and built to operate as your personal Staffing and HR Business Partner. Our
pricing is flexible and is tied to agreed upon wage rates by position. Our “Easy To Understand” pricing model
may be less than or more than other staffing companies pricing, and your internal cost, because the final all
inclusive billing rate is tied to the wage rate that we both agree to pay by position.
We recruit, screen, orientate and provide hourly employees that work on our payroll in your property. TSC
Staff provides positions such as Hotel Housekeepers, Houseman, Stewards, Cooks, Banquet Servers, Wait
Staff, Food Hosts and Facilities. Properties use TSC Staff to supplement their existing in-house team allowing
them to more easily “flex” the workforce up and down based on business levels.
In addition to offering Hospitality Staffing Services providing hourly employees, TSC Staff provides free
supervisory, management and executive recruitment services for any property that uses 10 or more TSC Staff
employees per day.
We can also be your one stop shop for recruitment of international employees on 4-month J-1 Visas ( all
positions) or 12 month J-1 Visas ( culinary and hotel management) at no cost to you. These employees would
work on your payroll and we would function as your recruiter for free.

3. Q. Does TSC Staff drug test and background check employees?
A. At the customers request TSC Staff will conduct a 9-panel urine drug screen and criminal background check that
includes National Criminal Database, 7 Year County and State Criminal Felony and Misdemeanor Check, and Sex
Offender Database.
Q. What is the hourly wage for TSC Staff employees?
A. Employee wages are dependent upon position title and the average market wage based upon city and region
specific wage surveys. Our customers using the HR expertise, advice and wage survey data provide by TSC Staff,
determine the final agreed upon pay-rate per position.
Q. What is the billing rate per hour?
A. The billing rate per hour is tied to the agreed upon wage rate by position. Please refer to the “Simple All Inclusive
Pricing” matrix located on the back of the TSC Staff Brochure.
Q. What is the billing cycle for TSC Staff?
A. Invoices are generated weekly with 30-day payment terms.
Q. Does TSC Staff provide a timekeeping system and web portal that provides data including hours
worked and estimated daily spend?
A. Yes we have a timekeeping system and web portal available.
Q. Does TSC Staff provide paid holidays for employees?
A. TSC Staff recommends that our customers agree to be billed a holiday rate for their property-designated high
volume holidays. Resorts, Hotels and Casinos yield their properties room inventory on busy holidays.TSC Staff
provides holiday wage rates when customers agree to be billed for holiday pay.
