Macmillan Publishers was facing issues with its existing email solution including network connectivity problems, constant data loss, and frequent server downtime. The company migrated over 500 users to Microsoft Office 365 with Exchange Online which provided an easy to use and low cost subscription-based email solution without the need for new infrastructure or physical maintenance.
