The Mifos Initiative co-hosted with the Microcredit Summit Campaign an E-Workshop on February 19th, sharing insights on open technology platforms. The Mifos Initiative announced a Campaign Commitment in 2015 to promote poverty measurement tools through integrating them into their cloud-based core banking system. The E-Workshop included a demo of the Progress out of Poverty Index (PPI) in the Musoni app, developed by Mifos. The session featured Craig Chelius, Executive Director of Mifos, Cameron Goldie-Scot, CEO of Musoni Services and Markus Geiss, Software Developer who contributed to the Mifos X Platform.
