2. ABM stands for Accountancy, Business
and Management. It is focuses on the basic
concepts of financial management,
business management, and all things that
are accounted for ABM strand. ABM is the
track that belong to K-12 program in Senior
High School. ABM analyzes the costs of
employees, equipment, facilities,
distribution, overhead and other factors in a
business to determine and allocate activity
costs.

4. Accounting is the
measurement, processing,
and communication of
financial information about
economic entities. One of the
part of accounting focuses on
presenting the information in
the form of accounting cycle
(journal entry, ledger, balance
sheet, financial statement and
etc.) to people inside and out
of the company.
WHAT IS ACCOUNTING?

5. The purpose of accounting is to accumulate and report
on financial information about the performance, financial
position, and cash flows of a business. This information
is then used to reach decisions about how to manage
the business, or invest in it, or lend money to it. This
information is accumulated in accounting records with
accounting transactions, which are recorded either
through such standardized business transactions as
customer invoicing or supplier invoices, or through more
specialized transactions, known as journal entries.

In Communication, you will be learning how to communicate with different
kinds of people. You can't always stay in one corner and be quiet. Running a
business involves communication, but don't worry no one's going to scare you. You're
eventually going to speak up because people will be coming to you back and forth.
 Collaboration Skills
You're not going to be alone when you have your own business. There will be
people who will be willing to help you. You also need to know how to communicate
with your co-workers and give them motivation because they're the ones who are
going to be with you in your company. You'll also be able to develop your
negotiation skills as this is one of the most important skills when you have a career.

7.  Analytical Skills
You need to know how to use your common sense. When you get to the
real world, there may be scams out there and you might not be noticing it.
In this track, you will be able to use your mind at all times and you should
be careful in making decision.
 Time Management
This is one of the greatest skills you can have, most especially once you
get to Senior High School. You need to know how to budget your time so
that everything will be simpler.
