Objective
To gain long term, meaningful employment with an organization to which I can add value with room to

Work Experience
Beginning in 2007, I have been a stay at home mother whose husband has been deployed 2 times during
this time frame. As both kids are now in school, I am currently seeking professional employment and a
career.

• Sales/Customer Service Administration, July 2015-
• Responsible for answer all incoming calls and make sure I exceeded all expectations
to their order, inquiry or quote.
• Estimate, quote and negotiate prices, service agreements,credit terms, or other bid
specifications per order. Input orders and also invoice once product was shipped and
delivered
• Responsible for Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Assisted with the RMA’s. (return of product) and also fulfilled customer needs.
• Contacted Customers daily via email or phone.
• Became familiar with products and services individual to better help the company and
myself.
• Set a weekly goal for myself.
• Sent out all mailings, including catalogs, pricing and specs.
• Assisted 4 salesmen with price, lead time, availability. Also calculate weekly and
