In the past few years we’ve seen User Experience become a central focus of web design, and many of us are now designing with the end user foremost in mind. But if we want the sites we build to continue delivering a great user experience, we also need to consider the content authors: The people who will be using our product day-in, day-out, regularly adding new content in ways we can’t anticipate.
