Roster Review
The total amount of roster hour have been controlled within the target except Area 7(Jessica) but the wage amount of roster have been shown as getting
worse results as below.
Area 5 (Ozlem) and Area 10 (Tabitha) have got a better achievement compared with the last analysis period but rest of areas still have a long way to go for
the target.
1) Good _ Roster controlled Area : Area 10 (Tabitha), Area 7 ( Melanie)
2) Moderate_ Roster controlled Area : Area 3, Area 5, Area 6, Area 9, Area 11
3) Bad _ Roster controlled Area : Area 1(Sarah), Area 2(Michelle), Area 7(Jessica)
Roster should be planned and proceeded not only considering total amount of roster hours but also balancing hourly rate of staff with budget conscious
concept.
The store list of low roster performance has been summarised as below and below stores will be monitored until getting a better result as normalised
performance related to used hours and wage portion of actual sales.
VR-HAY, VR-MFD, VR-MLD and VR-PMT have to be managed as a special care store for roster plan and operation.
The roster performance of special stores has been summarised as below and CR-EMP and VX-AHN have got a worse result in terms of roster hour
compared with the last analysis period.
