efficiency increases in production of 10% to satisfy the day’s requirements for production.
Acted as the direct liaison between the following departments to ensure timeliness and a smooth seamless flow of
information and material: Engineering, Panel Processing, Prep & Sanding, CNC Machinery, Rough Mill, Solids and
Shipping.
Conducted the personnel management of the department up to and including discipline.
CARDELL KITCHEN & BATH CABINETRY, SAN ANTONIO, TX (2000 – 2008)
Director Main Assembly & Door Staging (July, 2002 – March 2008)

million, through to the shipping department for delivery to ultimate end-users.
Provided direct guidance to “3” managers, “10” supervisors and “15” lead-people to ensure all sections of assembly

Created and implement guidelines for expedited assembly to eliminate damage, thereby eliminating additional labor
