Manage7 company facilities. These facilities are assembly and cut operations. McAllen, Stillwell Oklahoma, Jackson
Mississippi, Houston ,Ft.Worth and Conroe, four locations are in Texas. I am directly in charge of 7 plant managers, 7
production managers, approximately 20 floor supervisors. Plants produce over 50 million a year in sales revenue. I
am also in charge of 6 sales reps in the greater Houston, and in Texas..

Managed the daily planning and scheduling of the plant through Lean/5S in conjunction with TQIS which resulted in
efficiency increases in production of 10% to satisfy the day’s requirements for production.
Acted as the direct liaison between the following departments to ensure timeliness and a smooth seamless flow of
information and material: Engineering, Panel Processing, Prep & Sanding, CNC Machinery, Rough Mill, Solids and
Shipping.

Created and implement guidelines for expedited assembly to eliminate damage, thereby eliminating additional labor

Initiated the start-up of three new cabinet assembly lines to increase overall capacity of production.
Increased production 86% from 14.5 cabinets per line per hour up to 27 cabinets per hour, establishing a new
standard for previously existing assembly lines.
