STRATEGIC GOALS
CityG0 will be described as ‘a zero emissions electric vehicle service that offers a state
of the art virtual tourism and video communications platform comprising Transportation,
Entertainment, Assistance and Management (“TEAM”).
CityG0 will offer a range of services, the most important being the City's first emissions
free transport system with a ground breaking support care centre.
Among the other services offered will be the following:
• Electric Vehicle hire
• Automated City Tours
• Automated Wine Tours
• GPS visits to places of interest throughout the city of Valencia
• Easily accessible information on Museums and monuments and other places of
interests, Days Out, Activities, and what’s on?
• The opportunity to purchase tickets and make reservations from within the
vehicle.
• A ‘personal assistant’ accessible through a direct video link in the car. This PA
can answer any questions, book tickets, send GPS directions, plan trips, advise
on what is happening and, if the customer wants to leave the vehicle, can
remain in continuous contact with them via their mobile phone. (This feature
could make CityG0 a world leader by providing a superior form of customer
protection on tourism transport extending their safety to beyond the inside of the
vehicle
• Vehicle cameras. All vehicles will have three cameras installed, one for the road
in front, one for the interior of the vehicle and one that looks back. All recorded
film footage will be kept for a month after the vehicle has been hired and can be
made available for local law enforcement.
Our objective is to offer visitors and locals a vision of the future; an inner city
transportation system that uses leading edge technology to combine rich personal
experiences with high levels of personal safety and security.
• To create the worlds very first video communication care centre specifically
designed for Locals and 5* Tourism for transportation in electric vehicles
throughout the City.
• To create the state of the art Tourism purchase system, whereby our clients
simply discuss their requirements with their personal assistant via video and
simply sign the dashboard of the Vehicle? Or the IPad to purchase any activity
for Valencia City, Tickets and Reservations are sent direct to the client’s mobile
phone.
• To generate worldwide media exposure of our collective initiative through our
Research and development program before we initiate the launch, (May 1st
2019)
working closely with all of our Partners to agree the final branding and image of
our joint marketing campaign to accomplish all of our goals.

• To create a state of the art central control centre, To manage all vehicles and
personalised video communication service to all electric vehicles that are
positioned outside all of our partner 5* and the best 4* Hotels of Valencia City,
Providing video controllers made up of only the very best official guides of the
city, to provide a multi-lingual service providing all clients their native language
to there nationality, adding even more peace of mind whilst using our service.
• Target major brands as Sponsors/Partners
• Exclusive Car manufacturer
• Major Energy supplier – Iberdrola
• Telecomunicaciones – Vodafone, Orange…
• Information Technology – Dell, Apple, Siemens…
• Brand association is preferred
• To create and develop a ground breaking team that can accomplish all goals
necessary to deliver a final platform for CityG0 that can be distributed globally,
but have the passion to deliver much more than we originally imagined.
• To use Valencia City as CityG0´s HQ to deliver a world class platform that can
be established in other major tourist based cities around the world. Also to use
Valencia as the HQ City for trialling future technologies to always be at the
cutting edge within our platform and Service before updating to other Cities.
Maintaining our position as the world’s leader for video communication and care
centre for all major cities Electric vehicle transportation.
• CityG0 will position itself as the only world class Inner City personal video care
centre that can be installed in Electric and autonomous vehicles of the future.
(Clients of the future will always require personal interaction)
The CityG0 platform for electric cars is the most advanced platform for tourism, car
sharing and business travellers. Using this platform, you’ll have full security, personal
assistance and a tourist guide if necessary, places to charge your vehicle and much
more.
If you’re a tourist or local you’ll have:
- Predefined tourist routes (with online traffic alerts!
- Personal tour guides (ask for a need and we’ll put it on your route) by audio and
video.
- Listen to the description and what to do in the next stop of your travel
- Alerting on your mobile if you need to go back to the car to finish the route on
time (¿maybe because of traffic conditions?)

Component description:
Website:
A website for customer’s to book & pay for the vehicles. The booking system
has the next features:
- Marketing Website: The first feature is for marketing. Show the cities we
work the services, prices, etc.
- Book the Services: Services booking. The availability of the services
MUST be in the Main Platform, but you can book them in the website.
- Pay the service: with a bank payment gateway
- The platform can also support recursive payments (subscriptions,
occasional users…)
Payment gateway:
- The bank payment gateway.
Customers’ mobile app:
- It will be the same app that will be mounted on the iPad. Remotely
configurable, the customer only needs to put his booking number to
make it work.
- The app can receive alerts when you have to leave the place you are to
get the next stop on time.
- The app can also search where the vehicle is, and the vehicle
availability.
- The app can unlock the car
- Videoconferencing with assistant.
Dashcam:
- The car-mounted dash cam
- The dash cam battery has a battery discharge prevention system.
Camera recording system:
- To record all cameras and save it in the cloud
- Live streaming
Cloud Space:
- A cloud space to save the records of the cameras.
Fleet control:
- The GPS fleet control. We must buy the system.
iPad System:
- Car – 4G mounted tablet, with the same app in the customers mobile
app, adapted for bigger screen. Rugged.
RTC & Communication Rooms:
- Main videoconferencing System
Car Built-in system.
The car build-in system, like BMW Connected Drive. It allows opening the car,
seeing positions, charge routes, and much more.
Main platform
One platform, to control all it can connect with Cars, fleet control, plan routes,
get the car information (for example battery charging state), etc.
