The core experiences of the games should be the emotions of “ love, fear, loss, courage, victory, remorse”.
Remorse is a feeling, that films cannot produce – it needs interaction.
The main focus of this “Frame Work” is the exploration, how the different element of a serious game are related and how the purpose of the game can be channelled in all aspects of the game.
All together: The game is to confront the players with group dynamics like inclusion, exclusion, belonging to a group, being rejected by a group, scarifying friendships or loosing status under changing conditions – which means under a change of rules in the game.
By playing the game the players get to feel the conditions and situations the young characters in the movie “Call her Lotte” experience, within their own context of every-day life and friendship. What would you do, once your friendship is on the line?
