implementations,andthe clientsexpectationswere notmetandthe systemwasnotreadyas expected.I
workedona newrequirementspecificationwiththe client,andwe made anew contract. One of the
projectswentfromgivingrednumberstobeingourbestpayingprojectthe followingyear.Thatproject
was a customizationof the standardsystemthatwe implementedwithmanynew features.Teamconsisted
of 3 inhouse developers/testersand1offshore developer.The otherproject,asetupof a new PIMsystem,
got a fixedscope,sowe couldminimize the lossandgetitfinalized.
