strategic meal planning

good leftovers and what types of
foods can be cooked once and used

In the end, it means far less
cooking and a variety of healthy
meals can hit the table each
night
Grilled chicken can easily create a
variety of tasty meals throughout
the week. Here are some ideas for
grilled chicken meals:
Chicken Tacos
Create a taco bar night
Chicken is already cooked; all
you have to do is slice and
reheat it. Throw out some fresh
lettuce, tomatoes, black olives,
avocado, and tortillas
A fast and delicious meal your
whole family can enjoy
Mixed Salad Greens
with Grilled Chicken
Makes a great and quick
lunch or dinner option.
Throw some mixed greens in
a bowl with all your favorite
salad toppings.
Add the grilled chicken and
you are ready to eat!
Rice, Beans, and
Grilled Chicken
Cook up some rice and
beans and add some
veggies like sautéed bell
peppers, tomatoes, and
corn.
Add the sliced and
reheated chicken.
Now you have a wonderful
Southwestern rice bowl
Pesto Pasta with
Grilled Chicken
Cook some pasta, add some
sun-dried tomatoes, and a few
of your favorite veggies like
steamed green beans or
zucchini.
Add the reheated and sliced

Grilled chicken pasta with pesto
Chicken Panini
Assemble the grilled
chicken onto some bread
with some spinach or your
favorite veggies with a
cheese of your choice.
Place the sandwich on the
panini maker and you have
a fast and simple lunch
Gourmet Chicken
Grilled Cheese
Lightly butter one side of two
slices of bread.
Add some sliced grilled
chicken,with you favorite type
of cheese(s), spinach, or other
toppings.
Enjoy with some tomato bisque

Mix together chopped celery

or greek yogurt, sliced

Pair with a salad or make into a
sandwich

Start the morning off with a
healthy breakfast

omelette
You don't have to stick to just
chicken, throw some skirt steaks
or pork tenderloin on the grill and
use them in similar ways

the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days
