5. Abstract & Executive Summary:
Successful recruitment process is key components at the entry point of human resources in
any organization. Efficient recruitment strategies result in improved organizational outcomes.
The main objective of this paper is to identify general practices that organizations use to
recruit employees .The study also focus its attention to determine how the recruitment
process affect the organizational outcomes.
Origin of the Report:
Recently Education is also in the age of competition .So the procedures and standards of
teaching are upgraded by different universities and institution in our country .In respect to
that report is mandatory for every course in BBA program offered by Faculty of Business
Administration and Management, Patuakhali Science and Technology University. In this
respect our honorable course instructor has assigned us the report “Recruitment process in
an Organization”. So we have prepared this report.
6. Objective of the Report:
Every work has some distinctive objectives. We also started the preparation of this report
with some important and distinct objective to fulfill. As business executive in future, we
should need to gather knowledge about industrial management. We should not concern our
lesson only in classroom but to implement it in practically that will help us in our future life.
A clear objective helps to prepare a well-decorated report in which others take the right type
of decision. Similarly our honorable course teacher Md. Zillur Rahman gives us a report. The
main purpose of this report is to know about the Recruitment process in an Organization.
However, we try our best to get our essential information to fill the objective of the report.
As objective is the main overlooking part of a report, we set the following of object that will
likely be a reflection of our report to understand.

7. Methodology of the Report:
It is very much relevant that a partial job is done by following methods. As we tried to make
a rational report we have followed the proper methods to perform our job. Every study is
done on the basis of primary data and secondary data. Our presented report is related with the
primary & secondary data because for making this report we collected information from
surveyed there & internet journal and relevant books. Here the process is given below:

8. Limitation of the report:
Although it has been tried on the level best to make this report based on facts and complete
information available, there are some limitations that are inevitable. They are following:
Confidentiality of information was another barrier that hindered the study.
Sufficient records, publications were not available as per our requirement.
Lack of sufficient skills or experience.
9. Introduction:
Recruitment process is important functions of human resource management. Technically
speaking the function of recruitment process is the selection function. It includes finding,
developing prospective employees and attracting them to apply for jobs in an organization.
Recruitment is the first stage in the process which continues with selection and ends with the
placement of candidate. Recruitment facilitates in acquiring the number and the types of
people necessary to ensure continued operations of the organizations .The purpose of
recruitment is to identify suitable man power to meet the job requirements and job
specifications. It is the most important function of personnel administration.

After completing the report on “Recruitment Process in an Organization” we are in
position to recommend the following implications-
It is observed that, the selected industries have satisfied all the procedures of
recruitment.
It is suggested that the selected industries are advised to follow the existing
recruitment policies in future.
It is suggested that the selected industries have to adopt latest interview
techniques to recruit prospective employees.
CONCLUSION:
As the economy enters recovery mode, recruiting new talent becomes a high priority. If an
organization has been knee-deep in the trenches for the last several years, it can be daunting
to think about the future. However, now it is the time to prepare for it by formulating an
effective recruitment plan? Businesses often outsource at least some aspect of their work, and
recruitment process outsourcing could be the next big step to help an organization reach high
performance.
