Rhonda McCormick worked for The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, New
York Regional Office, from April 27 through August 25, 2015. Specifically, she worked
within the Division of Financial Management & Fee for Service Operations (DFMFFSO),
which I manage.
While working in DFMFFSO, Ms. McCormick processed requests for documents under
the Freedom of Information Act. She quickly learned very complicated processes and a
highly technical, home-grown computer program. She produced quality work and showed
a great deal of initiative. Generally speaking, we found Ms. McCormick reliable,
conscientious and personable.
We are certain Ms. McCormick’s abilities and work ethic will allow her to succeed in any
