Good afternoon,
Below you will see some trends related to recuts in Production as well as in Accessories areas.
Production
Overall we see a significant decrease of 19 % in production Recuts.
Those involved in the strategic plan project performed as shown below:
2. Although this graph shows an improvement, there is still a work to do more specifically on C99 and C98.
They have to learn more about bad molding which came down on overall recuts. If they can do a better job,
I think we will head in the right direction.
One other issue that is rising, that I have suspected when I came back from my vacation is the assembly. If
you have noticed I was in that area for most of my time for the last two weeks. The numbers speak from
themselves as shown below and this is a concern that must be quickly addressed.
The reason CD6 (assembly issue 75 vs 113) is rising while the molding issue (142 vs 88) is going down.

Overall good performance ( 26 % decrease in recuts)
