- 5. Problem: Change is really difficult. Change is something you have to adopt on a daily basis. No one is above the necessity to change everyday, albeit doesn’t really mean that we embrace it or practice it. Solution: Start small and focus on replacing instead of losing or leaving behind.
- 6. Naturally when we think of change, we think of losing, discarding or leaving something or some habit behind us. We think that we change, walk away and that’s it. We’re done.
- 7. Problem: Without accountability you can quit anytime. Solution: Talk to your team, if you don’t have a team, check in with your spouse a friend or a colleague. Share a Google doc with them with a list of your micro-tasked resolutions and goals for your small business. It’s really that simple. With no one to be accountable too you would just spend more time THINKING about your resolution than DOING to reach your resolution.
- 8. Make yourself a big fabulous ‘Seinfeld calendar‘ and use the biggest butcher paper and red sharpie you can get your hands on. The point is to make sure that whatever it is you have resolved to do or whatever goal you have made, there is a way to track your progress and share it with people.
