Venture capital statistics show that out of all startups, only 10% reach Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and out of these only 10% get to full market traction (high growth and exit). With approaches like Lean Startup, everyone is now learning how to keep development lean before getting to MVP. But what happens when you get to MVP? You need to execute competitively. Validating and maximizing distribution channels, 2.) Hiring the best operators, 3.) Validating and focusing on the right geography for the product. Now, in 2015, the only way to raise a Series A round from respectable investors is to be able to show either started or excellently planned execution. This talk tells you how to do it.
