Medical practice is one of the most demanding industry where precision is the key to success. Managing all aspects of medical practice involves
multi-dimensional process where lots of physical work is required to keep all records organized and synchronized amongst all the involved users.
Since the electronic systems are emerging, there have been continuous research and development in the field of medical practice. A lot of different
approaches have been chosen to come up with right electronic solution which controls most of the aspects at one place. Despite all the efforts, only a
few electronic systems have been able to design fully functional electronic medical practice management solutions which are flexible enough to
accommodate proper workflow in user friendly environments.
Clinicul™ is the result of our research and development of medical practice industry through years. Our expert team has designed the solution after

Back-office application
Clinicul™ is built on top of our own designed application development platform. The application is a fully fledged back-office/ management
application inheriting lots of platform features including highly secured information and data storage capability with multiple security levels with
monitoring and alerts system, activity and system logs, access control and monitoring system by client’s system administrator and intelligent
notification system. Clinicul™ ensures easy tracking and management of all operations for single as well as multiple location organizations with larger
transections of sensitive health records and patients data. Apart from general operations, Clinicul™ has inbuilt technical support desk to ensure
smooth operations for all application users. Support requests are handled by client’s system administrator and can be responded within the system.
Executive management and decision makers have their secured access to view real time operations, KPIs and reports.
Key performance indicators (KPI) dashboards
A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. A modern
electronic system not only manages the operation but also helps the higher management in strategizing for future profitability as well making the

Practitioners portal provides them secure online access with ability to update their profiles, manage availability, view appointments, receive
automated notifications and alert. Practitioners can take patients and process appointments within the system in real time. Collaboration, expert
opinions and referring to other medical practitioners within the system or outside the system. Practitioners are provided with their own document
manager for their work and personal files. Each practitioner has their timeline where they can post stuff for opinion or sharing purpose to stay social
within the organization. Departments and related practitioners are managed within the portal with administrative roles for departments separately.
Scheduling & Appointments
Clinicul™ is equipped with centrally managed roster for appointments booking, processing and follow ups. Roster is accessible to each user for their
own appointments and schedules while administration and management users can view complete rosters for all practitioners. Appointment booking
system is linked to case management to keep each case synchronized. Cases with similarities can be related amongst multiple patients for research
purpose and a separate case management library is available with cases data and reports.
Billing & Payments
Patients billing system is an inbuilt component of Clinicul™ to ensure the completion of error free billing with multiple payment options, reliable
medical payment gateways to choose from and record keeping of payments. Billing process is flexible to take direct payment by medical facility or
through third party medical billing organizations by granting them limited access to process bills.
Patients health & Medical Records
We understand the sensitivity of your patient’s health and medical records and treatment details. Clinicul™ is provided with highest information
security level while in database and during data exchange process. Each patient’s data is bundled up for easy access by medical staff, patient or their
authorized external users. Patient’s personal details, diseases history, allergies, medications, diagnoses, treatments, medical reports, forms, payee
details and billing history are some of the information which are categorized within patient’s records repository.
Care Charts & Case reports
In order to systemize the care process, patient’s appointments are managed in cases where they can be used for further appointments and care.
Formation of overall care charts and care reports for individual patients is extremely valuable for long terms care and patients with sustained diseases

Communication

Clinicul™ is available for on-premises deployment for client’s intranet or internet based operations. This option is more suitable for large scale
organizations with the requirement of more dedicated and customized structure to meet their specific needs. The license purchase option
gives you ownership of the purchased application for usage at own organization. This doesn’t include the source code of the application,
though a structured SDK and APIs are available in case you want to extend any module or develop add-ons by your in-house team or third

8 POLICIES & TERMS OF USE
Prices and Terms of Contract
The price quotes are free of any tax (such as VAT) and duty. VAT is itemized separately if applicable. Prices is final and not subject to revision from the time of entering into force of the contract until
the end of contractual obligations. No addition, customization or enhancement of features can take place after the acceptance of this proposal. Any additional features, customization or enhancements
will be charged in addition to the price agreed in this proposal document.
Additional integration
Any integrations which are not mentioned in this proposal are subject to additional prices. This includes integration with any other external application and/or additional medical devices/application. In
addition, any addition of module or upgrade after the start of contract is subject to additional price.
Source code, patent & Usage
The application’s source code is the property of Webnomics Technologies LLC. An unlimited usage license for single company/ enterprise is provided to the client under this proposal, if accepted and
paid in full. Application contains our developed main application, pieces of codes and programmed patches which are partially or in-full copyrighted to Webnomics Technologies ®. Client can use this
application or upgrade or customize it as per their needs, but resale or distribution of product is strictly prohibited. Application source code can be purchased at additional cost for customization by in-
house or third party developers, from Webnomics Technologies LLC. Please contact sales@webnomicstech.net for sales related questions.
The client or any if their subsidiary or related company cannot reuse any part of given solution in its domain other than agreed in contract. Webnomics Technologies LLC is not bound to provide the
original source code to the client or any in-house/ external development team of their own unless agreed in-written at the time of agreement. Copyrights of product source code will remain with us,
while client has unlimited usage license without resale and distribution rights.
Data Security
Clinicul™ is a secured web application, designed to secure enterprise data communicated or stored in the application. Client is responsible for securing access to authorized and worthy members only.
Developers/ company is not responsible for any data loss or breech by any member or employee of the client. For additional security, SSL encryption is suggested.
Validity of Proposal
This proposal will remain open and valid for a period of at least 45 days from the designated closing date indicated for receipt of proposals in the RFP. Once you accept this proposal during this period,
the required features must remain unchanged for the entire period of the resulting contract unless otherwise discussed and agreed.

Revisions & changes
Client is expected to take active part in the design and development of the application. Including the time-to-time demonstration of every feature of application. All suggestions and modification
provided by client during theapplication design phase will beaccommodated without any additional costs. But no additional features beyond the proposed features in this proposal will beaccommodated
without additional costs which might be required in modification of process.
Errors in Proposal
Any maps, drawings, specifications, circulars, schedules, illustrations and other instructions pertaining to the work, included in this document may have errors and omissions. Failure to do so will be at
your own risk. In case of error in the totalling of prices, the unit price will govern.
Calculations formulae & application design
The proposed application is a customized solution, designed on client’s specific requirements. Client must provide their operation, calculations, mechanism and suggest application design as to fit their
specific requirements. Client is expected to provide required information in a timely manner to avoid delays in completion and delivery of application.
Confidentiality
This proposal is confidential and private. Distribution is restricted. It may not be reproduced, copied orreplicated in any form including print and digital media without the express and written authorization
of Webnomics Technologies LLC.
We, at Webnomics technologies LLC. Understands client’s data confidentiality and protects client’s provided data. Any user data or details provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be
shared in verbal, written, electronic or any other form. We might use this project as a reference for future projects without sharing user data in the application in production/ live environment.
Hardware & Software
We are responsible for all the software and hardware required during development. if hosting service is not purchased with Clinicul™, Client is responsible for the purchase of hardware for the hosting
and any related software for application deployment. Most of the times, leased hosting/server comewith pre-installed software which is required for application’s deployment on web server. Third party
software might includeSSL, operating system, text messaging application and/or any other tools if required. In case the application is hosted at client’s premises or a leased server, any additional software
is required to purchase, client will be responsible for the purchase from third party. We might suggest suitable hosting or other required tools if required for better performance and functionality.
