It is crucial to create a talent strategy which aligns with the goals
of your business. Below are the most important areas you should
address
 Portfolio of knowledge, skill and experience your business
requires today and in the foreseeable future
 Type of training programs required to keep skills updated
 Metrics to check the effectiveness of training programs and
overall performance.
 Ways to distinguish your business from competition to attract
superior talent and give them a reason to stay
2) Your Company V/S The Competition
 Better salary packages and designations are bound to
turn your employees heads which is unavoidable.
 However apart from these two aspects, organizational
culture also plays a crucial role in a person’s decision
making process.
 Consider what your company offers better than its
competition.
 Analyze past attrition and retention trends to identify
problem areas and block the leak.
